Code of Conduct
1. The Chatham House Rule
To encourage open and honest discussion, specific sessions—particularly the regulator roundtables involving the FDA and USP—are conducted strictly under the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) may be revealed outside the room.
2. Recording and Photography
Personal recording (audio or video) of any session is strictly prohibited to protect the proprietary frameworks, templates, and confidential discussions taking place. Unauthorised photography during presentations is not permitted. Official event photography will be made available post-event.
3. Professional Conduct
Pharmig India 2026 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, or professional background. Disrespectful behavior, intimidation, or disruptive conduct during sessions or the networking reception will not be tolerated.
4. Enforcement
The organisers reserve the right to revoke the badge of any delegate or sponsor found violating this code, without a refund. If you experience or witness a violation, please report it immediately to the delegate desk.
