1. Registration and Payment
All delegate passes cover both days of the conference, the bound workbook, lunches, and the networking reception. Registration is only confirmed once full payment is received. Rates are subject to GST. Passes designated for pharmaceutical practitioners cannot be used by solution providers or consultants.
2. Cancellation and Substitution
Cancellations made on or before 3 November 2026 will be refunded in full. After this date, the fee is non-refundable. However, you may substitute a colleague at no extra charge at any time up to the morning of 3 December 2026 by notifying the delegate desk in writing.
3. Event Changes
While the organisers will make every effort to deliver the agenda as advertised, the programme, speakers, and schedule are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Liability
The organisers, Pharmig and Pharma Now, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by delegates at the event venue. Delegates are advised to secure their own personal insurance.
