Getting there

By air
Rajiv Gandhi International (HYD) is 30 to 45 minutes from the conference district. Direct connections from Dubai, Singapore, Frankfurt, London and every Indian metro.
Airport transfer
Pre-booked cabs serve Park Hyatt. Allow extra time for traffic and confirm your transfer with your hotel.
By rail
Secunderabad and Hyderabad Deccan are the main terminals, both under an hour from the venue outside peak traffic.
Local travel
Metro, app cabs and autos are plentiful. Allow extra time on weekday mornings — Hyderabad traffic is unforgiving between 09:00 and 11:00.

Park Hyatt, Hyderabad hosts the conference, and a range of hotels sit within a short drive of the venue, from business hotels to serviced apartments.

Rooms can be booked directly with the hotel of your choice. Early December is peak season in Hyderabad, so booking early gives you the widest choice.

Invitation letter: We issue a signed invitation letter for visa purposes on request, once registration is confirmed. Email the delegate desk with your passport name and number.
Currency and payment: Registration can be invoiced in INR. Cards are widely accepted in the city; carry some cash for autos.
Weather: Early December in Hyderabad is dry and mild — 15 to 28°C. The conference floor is air-conditioned; bring a layer.
